The colour and wholesome taste of the coconut milk can be attributed to the high oil content and sugar. Our Coconut Milk is prepared by squeezing the grated coconut meat using a mechanical press.

The use and highlight of coconut milk lies in its taste. It can be used as an additive in desserts and rich, dry sauces. It is also used in soup and as a base for several dishes.

Once opened, the cans of our Coconut Milk must remain refrigerated, and are usually only good for a few days. It should never be left at room temperature, as the milk can turn sour and spoil easily.

The advantage of Coconut Milk is its ability to stay fresh for a long period of time. This helps preserve its taste in dishes that do not offer a strong competitive nature of its flavour. The saturated fat content in the Coconut milk is known to be healthy and is often compared to mother’s milk due to the principle fatty acid - lauric acid.

Fat Contents of the Coconut Milk is approximately 17%. While Light Coconut Milk has a Fat Content of 10%. Packing is available in 400ml tin cans. Other can sizes are available and aseptic in bulk.
